On this page are a few guidelines for maintaining a healthy diet daily!
The food pyramid
The food pyramid is a very rough outline of what to eat each day. The key with every day eating is to get a variety of foods. This way you will get all the nutrients that you need and at the same time the right amount of calories to maintain or improve your weight. The pyramid also focusses on fat as most diets are too high in fat, especially saturated fat.
